Spacious double room available in a chill 2-bed house in Manchester. Only me (26 yr old female, work hybrid :) ) in property so you’ll have peace and quiet. 2 minutes walk from the park and a 10 minutes walk from the train station. Trains run regularly from Levenshulme to Manchester Piccadilly regularly that take just 5 minutes (why I bought the place!).

The room is the largest at the front of the house with loads of natural light and plenty of storage. It comes fully furnished and has a double bed and wardrobe space already set-up for you. Happy to show you round and answer any questions.

The house has a small garden and a resident cat, Jess, who’d love some extra company (she’s a rescue cat and a little clingy sweetheart). Neighbours are lovely and it’s a very LGBT friendly area - no Reform flag nonsense. Happy to introduce you to the neighbours for peace of mind tbh. Please no one allergic to cats unless you don’t mind sneezing - cat lovers are a plus!!!

Animal lover household, so small pets that won’t spook the cat are welcome and considered: ie. guinea pigs, rabbits, hamsters, birds, mice, reptiles. Just let me know and we can chat through how best to make sure they’re safe.

I work from office or home 50/50 and like hiking, reading, climbing, the gym, with a soft spot for rescue animals and nature. I’m pretty friendly and relaxed, any q’s let me know.
