Flatmate wanted for Tenancy takeover

Fully furnished room with double bed and adequate storage space available! I’m heading back to India and this lovely space is up for grabs! We are an easy-going household of 4 (including me!) and are looking for a suitable female flatmate to take over my tenancy from First of February onwards (more details on contacting me :))

The house has 3 rooms, a shared kitchen, dining and living space. The bathroom is shared with one more female flatmate.
She is a working professional from India and works from home twice a week.
The other flatmates are male and indian.

The flat is located in a lovely area, 10 minutes walk from city centre with bus stop just 2 minutes away and Salford central station 8 minutes away.

The flat is also equipped with a gym, lounge, co-working space, and direct access to the terrace.
