I’m looking for someone to take over my tenancy for a Bronze En-Suite room at iQ Wilmslow Park, a popular and well-located student accommodation in Manchester. The property is located at 211 Hathersage Road, M13 0JQ, close to universities, transport links, and student amenities.
This will be an official tenancy takeover arranged directly through iQ, so everything is handled properly and securely.

A bright, clean, and well-maintained en-suite room, ideal for students who want their own space:
• Private en-suite bathroom
• Desk and dedicated study area
• Comfortable bed
• Wardrobe and ample storage
🏡 The Flat
The room is part of a 5-person flat shared with 2 girls and 2 guys who are clean, respectful, and friendly. It’s a social but calm environment, perfect for studying. The flat is fully furnished with a shared kitchen and living area.
🏢 iQ Wilmslow Park – Facilities
Residents have access to excellent on-site facilities, including:
• 24/7 security and on-site reception
• Study lounges and social spaces
• Private cinema rooms
• Games room with pool table and ping-pong
• Laundry room
• Indoor and outdoor seating areas
• Car parking available (additional cost)
💰 Rent & Payment Details
• £200 per week
• Rent is split into three instalments
• Instalment 1 has already been paid by me
• The new tenant will take over the remaining payments directly with iQ:
• Instalment 2: £2,985.00 (due 14 January 2026)
• Instalment 3: £2,786.00 (due 15 May 2026)
• All bills included
