Hi girls, looking for someone to take over our flatmates room in February (7th) with the opportunity to move in earlier as she has bought her own place.
It’s a 3 bedroom flat in New Islington on Great Ancoats Street. 5 minute walk to the nearest tram stop, 15 minutes to Piccadilly and only 20 minute walk to the city centre so great location 🤠
2 current flatmates aged 25-26 so looking for someone around this age bracket. We are looking for someone who can be a friend!!☺️ We enjoy a night infront of the telly, making dinner together, pub quiz, having a mooch around town etc!
The rent is £625 a month + bills (around £130).
The room has an ensuite bathroom and myself and Emma will share a bathroom. The flat is furnished and has access to a gym in the building😊
