Hi! I’m looking for a friendly, reliable working professional to take over the second bedroom in my modern two-bed flat in Ancoats from mid-March 2026.
The Flat
The apartment is bright, comfortable and well-kept, with:
A fully equipped kitchen with plenty of storage
Two private bathrooms (the available room is not ensuite)
Washer-dryer
Microwave
Access to a small on-site gym
The Room
A good-sized bedroom in a quiet, relaxed home — ideal for someone who works full-time and appreciates a clean, peaceful space.
Tenancy
My current flatmate is moving out at the end of the contract in March, so this would be a new joint tenancy with the letting agency.
This would run until the new Renters’ Rights legislation comes into effect in May 2026.
Rent and deposit are based on the current agreement and may change slightly once the new contract is issued.
Costs
Rent: £650 pcm
Bills (utilities, Wi-Fi, council tax): approx £200–£250 pcm
Total: around £850–£900 pcm
