Location: Victoria Point student accommodation, 44 Hathersage Road, M13 0FT (very close to University of Manchester)
Room: Classic Shared Apartment (shared bathroom)
Flatmates: 2 other students (shared kitchen + 1 bathroom)

Contract Period: 5 September 2025 – 21 August 2026
Remaining Rent: £1,936.29 = 504£ a month or equivalent of 114£ a week.
Time Left: ~4 months
