Hi everyone!

Unfortunately, I am moving out of my room within Anaconda Cut in a two bedroom apartment so am looking for someone to take over my tenancy.

The building has so much to offer including:

- free fitness classes
- a sky lounge

- 24/7 concierge
- several monthly craft workshops
- a meeting room
- cinema room
- co-working space
- parking (at an extra fee)

The room has a private bathroom and a very spacious open plan living room/kitchen.

The building is a 5/10 minute walk to the Arndale Centre and about 15 minutes from Manchester Victoria so the city centre is very accessible.

I currently share with one flatmate, she is 26, very friendly and has lived in Manchester for a few years so very familiar with the area if you need any recommendations!

bills are not included and council tax band is D. roughly bills & council tax come to around £200 monthly.
