Hi! I'm planning on moving out in the next month or so. A change in work schedule, means I dont need to be Manchester so often anymore. I'm looking for someone to take my room in a nice flat in a good location. Here all the details:

Rent - £600pm (1st of each month)
Deposit - £692

Broadband is free and fast
Water: ~ £28pm (varies with usage. Sometimes nothing, if in credit from previous month)
Electric: £60pm
Council Tax: £90pm

Total (incl. Rent): ~ £778pm

1st June 2026 (earlier might be possible if you clear referencing and affordability checks)
Referencing is done through Canopy.
This will be a new tenancy. Monthly rolling, with no fixed end date. Under the new rules, you will need to give 2 months notice to terminate.

Route 1 @ The Depot.
Opposite Alexandra Park
Aldi 5-10min walk
Asda 10-15 min walk
Loads of restaurants nearby
Amazon locker at Shell petrol station, 5 min walk

Transport -
Bus (101 / 103) will take you to Piccadilly Gardens in under 20 mins.
Buses come very frequently. Almost every 10 mins during peak hours.
Bus stop is right outside the building.

Fairly new building, probably less than 5 years old.
Has disabled access and a lift.

Two bedside tables.
Has an electric heater.
Window provides loads of natural light throughout the day.
Own bathroom (Not an en-suite)

Your potential flatmate -
You'll be living with Michael, he's a quiet guy, keeps to himself, very chilled. He enjoys playing football and video games. He works in hospitality, in the evenings and often weekends. If you work a typical 9-5, you will often have the flat to yourself when you get home.

You -
Someone who works full-time.
Michael is open to anyone, doesn't have any preferences in a flatmate.
Just be courteous and keep noise to a minimum in the mornings while he's sleeping.
