I am looking for someone to take over my double room with an en suite bathroom in a shared 5th floor flat with a balcony. Approximately a 6 minute walk from the Victoria train station trains and trams, 10 minutes from the Northern Quarter. Ideally placed if you work in central Manchester. The current tenant has a lovely little dog called Ruby who is very friendly and quiet. I can leave the property furnished or unfurnished depending on what you need.
