Looking for a friendly student house for the upcoming academic year? We have one spacious double room available in Flat 2, 34 Swinton Grove, shared with 6 students and 1 non-student.

The room is fully furnished and available from 6th July onwards. Rent is £179 per week, with bills included. Additionally there will be a cleaner that comes to clean communal spaces weekly, this is included in the price.
