Large room with En-Suite

Looking for a housemate from 9th August who enjoys living with other people and brings some personality and joy to the house.
Great transport links into Manchester only 10 mins by train or 20 by Bus.
We have recently become the first area to be represented by the Green Party in Manchester and are situated opposite Sunny Brow park. This large Victoria house comes with lots of character and modern finishes.

I am involved in theatre and the arts and often work from home. My work also involves travel so looking for someone who can hold the fort at times.
Currently we have two other friendly respectful housemates and we are ready to add an other house mate are you the one?
The house is LGBT friendly and vegetarian. It offers a space to be both social and quiet.
It also has a south facing garden which i am slowly planting up so any green fingers welcome
