Double bedroom with en-suite available

Hey! My flatmate will be moving out around September time (19th but can be flexible) and I am looking for someone to take over her half of the tenancy, we currently have a 12 month fixed term tenancy from 23/05/2026

Rent is £1300PM (£650 each) - Council tax is Band C £196PM (£98 each) - Water is usually £60PM (£30 each) - Electricity is also usually £60PM (£30 each) - WiFi is around £18 (£9 each) at the moment

Details of the flat -
(Pls do keep in mind that we haven’t long moved in so you might see unpacked bags/boxes in the pictures as well as the living/kitchen area not fully unpacked 🫣)
We have an open plan kitchen/living area, the flat came with a washer/dryer as well as a Hoover in the utility room, dishwasher/fridge/freezer/oven/hob is all integrated, i separately have a kettle and toaster that you’d be more than welcome to use. I am also planning on buying myself a new tv for my room so when I do I’ll put my old one in the living area for us. We also have a small balcony, there isn’t much on there at the moment but we can add to it as time goes. I have the small bedroom and bathroom, you would have the bigger bedroom and en-suite. The building has concierge and a communal garden which is fairly big and pretty much on the river Irwill which is nice in the summer.

Very close to Regent retail park, 20-30 min walk into city centre or the number 30 bus stop is just across the road

A little bit about me -
I’m 23 and currently working full time as a spa therapist in the city centre, my work hours range from 6am-10pm, for fun I like to go out to a nice restaurant/bar every now nd then but I mostly just enjoy cooking at home with my boyfriend on our days off or after work. I do also have a cat who will be living with me/us (you may see her lounging around in the pictures 🤭)
