Looking for someone to take over my flatmate's room in our flat on the 15th floor of Cypress Place, right in the Green Quarter. It's one of those spots where you get the quiet of a residential pocket but you're only 10-minute walk from the very center, the Northern Quarter and Ancoats and about 30 seconds from a very good bakery downstairs. Fresh bread and pastries before work is a dangerous habit to pick up, but I recommend it anyway.

Your room: a good-sized double, fully furnished with a double bed and wardrobe

Private bathroom: spacious, and all yours

Balcony: small but lovely, and it catches a beautiful sunrise if you're an early riser

Shared living area & kitchen: comfortable and well looked after (the sofa is dangerously comfortable)

Bakery downstairs: fresh bread and pastries, personally vouched for

I'm Stéphane, just turned 30, French, and pretty social and easy-going

I love hosting good dinners with friends, fondue and other French classics and yes, I'm a serious bread eater, hence living above a bakery

Work-wise I'm a 3D artist, so some days I'll be at my computer into the evening, quietly, though, so it won't affect you

Outside of work: archery and a lot of racquet sports
I like going out, never say no to a new experiences, and I'm always happy to chat or grab a coffee or a pint
