It’s a female only flat, im currently the only person in the flat - as I called and they said the flat is empty except from me, so you might get lucky and there won’t be an extra 2-3 people. 🙏

Has a gym, laundry room, reception where they’ll collect your parcels, a lift and right on the university campus so you’re literally no more than 10 minutes away from your uni building.
