Oxygen Tower 2 bed looking for flatmate

Current flatmate is planning to move out early November so I’m looking for someone to take over his room in our 2 bed flat.

The room

• Furnished double bedroom
• Your own private bathroom. It's not ensuite, but opposite the room
• £750 pcm, bills split between us on top (roughly comes out to £900 total ish)
• £800 deposit

The building
The facilities:

• Swimming pool
• A good gym
• Sauna and steam room (honestly great, I use them loads)
• Coworking space
• About 10 minutes' walk to Piccadilly station and center of town

About me
I work in Manchester and work from home 3 days a week. I usually get out on at least one of those days to work somewhere else, so you won't have me in the flat all day every day. I like to keep busy: running, cycling, swimming, the gym, trail running, hiking, and anything that gets me outside. I'm up for most things. Also enjoy going to the pub, a gig or a concert & occasional nights out. But also value downtime

Who I'm looking for
It'd be good to find someone I get on with. you're easy going, and you keep shared spaces reasonably tidy.
