Hey we are 3 girls 1 guy. aged 20-23. We are a mix of professionals and final year students (All will be working over the summer). Its a nice well done up house with a homely feel. I am looking to rent out my room as I am moving to America. The house has 2 bathrooms two social areas and a large kitchen. £380 pcm including bills but this can be negotiated. I am quite flexible so if you have any requirements I'd be happy to try and meet them. We are all quite sociable and have a mix of hobbies and interests. We all enjoy getting together and hanging out. Bonus, bills are included in the property.
