En-suite double room available in a 2 bed flat!

Hi!

I'm looking for a flatmate/friend to share a big 2 bedroom open-plan apartment. The room is a large double with an en-suite bathroom, huge built-in wardrobe and a king size bed. The flat features two balconies, a large kitchen, living room, main bathroom and parking.

It's opposite a supermarket, close to a park and on bus and tram routes - 10 minutes to the city centre. Also 10 minutes cycle ride to the centre. 20 mins if you walk.

I'm a professional 24 year old looking for a fun flatmate who is outgoing, TIDY and up for a laugh. I love going out and get on with almost anyone. I'm bubbbly, fun and into sports (snowboarding, badminton, cycling, swimming, hiking). I also nearly always have a car at my disposal (for you people who may want the occasional lift!).

Bill wise - I will take care of council tax but water, internet and electricity bills are to be split.
