Double room to rent in 4 bed house in Fallowfield

Hello! We have a spare double room in our 4 bed house in Fallowfield area in Manchester. Bedroom is on the ground floor but is the second biggest room in the house, fully furnished with lots of floor space! We are all Spanish Studies students going into our second year at Manchester Metropolitan. Looking for a student who is clean and tidy but also likes to have fun, socialise, go out, have parties etc. House has a good sized kitchen and living area, with a clean bathroom with has a bath and a shower.
