1 Double Bedroom Available

I have a double bedroom available in a shared flat. The rent is £320 a month and includes all bills including internet and furniture. The furniture included is a double bed, wardrobe, desk, chair and mirror. The kitchen and bathroom are shared and are kept clean. Current flatmates are all nice and there are no issues in the building.

I am moving due to a change of location and need to rent this room as soon as possible but will consider later move in dates.

The contract for the room expires on the 1st July 2015 so needs to be occupied until then but there is room in the contract for extensions.
