Modern quirky 3 storey town house 10 mins walk from Piccadilly station or 1 minute to nearest bus stop. Furnished double room with wardrobe drawers etc, the room has private ensuite with shower basin and toilet. Ground floor has large communal kitchen diner with all usual amenities and a second reception room used a an office/snug with sofa/TV etc. Communal living room is on the first floor. Well kept garden to the rear with BBQ, fire pit and seating area for nights outside. Off road Parking at the front of the property for 3 cars. Looking for a clean, tidy and friendly housemate, it's not a party house but we all like a drink and do have dinner parties to which you're welcome to join. We are both friendly and sociable but also respect your privacy and above all we all respect each other and agree to be quiet if people are sleeping.
