Very clean shared house, close to city centre

We are looking some one who can keep up with the cleaning rota we have, some one who can understand and agree to our cleaning rota. You can smoke outside the house if you are a smoker but not inside. Keeping music and noise down especially during nights.

The house is very clean and tidy and we keep it clean and tidy. We recycle by separating our rubbishes into the provided plastic recycle containers., so all u have to do is put your rubbishes into the righ container.

Everyone inside the house is lovely and social people all profsesionals. You will love the house and living there, very cosy house with all facilities perfect and runs normal all the time.

The house is 10 to 15min from piccadly gardens Manchester, there is Asda, Lidl, Iceland, english market and other small shops and supermarkets around the area all within 5-10 min walk. It is located near city centre and it is convenient to travel to bury, Rochdale and any north destinations.

The house is close to Asda, lidle and also small traditional shops.
