Double room in pet friendly Levenshulme house

All bills included in friendly, trendy Levenshulme! No honestly, we've got an artisan bakery now and everything!

Looking for a pet friendly lodger, I have a small menagerie of cats and dogs. Willing to discuss compatible pets such as small dogs, cats and furries, I know how hard to can be to rent with a furry companion.

I don't smoke, but don't mind if you do as long as it's in the garden (yes, there are private gardens front and back). I'm in a quiet corner of a quiet cul-de-sac but close to Asda, the local high street and a very cheap pub.
I'm a hard working professional and work odd shifts so you'll have time to yourself, it is definitely not a party household unfortunately!

Fibre optic Broadband included and basic Sky package for those who are into TV. Washing machine, off road parking space available as I don't drive. Sadly the kitchen is as old as the house, but is due to be fully upgraded in the next few months. Any more info required contact me and ask.
