We have a first floor bedroom in a 3 bed house - available from August 2021 onwards for up to 3 months.

We are looking for someone who is considerate, clean and tidy.

The house has a small private garden with space to sit when the weather is nice.

The house is very close to both train and bus routes to Manchester Piccadilly / Central, Stockport and the airport. No. 50 bus takes 20minutes into town and is also less then 5 mins walk. We are also very close to the Fallowfield Loop for an off-road walking and cycling path.

There are local shops and a post office within 5 minutes walk and we are also a 15/20 min walk to cafes, pubs and bars of Levenshulme, Withington and various supermarkets.
