Double room for rent in a 6 bedroom house shared with 5 flatmates. All attend Manchester metropolitan university to study various courses and are very friendly and welcoming. The ideal flatmate would be a female student. The house is located in fallowfield and is very close to the local bus route and supermarket and therefore is ideal for student's using public transport to get to university.
There are two bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a shower and a bath, a communal kitchen and living area with a large oven and fridge. There is a spacious garden area with a drive way for off street parking.
The room is a large furnished double room and bills are included int he rent.
