We bought a newbuild house about a mile from the city centre 4 years ago, however we both now work in London but keep a room in the house for occasional visits for work or to see family.

There are three bedrooms, two of which we rent out and one will be available from the beginning of March. There is an open plan kitchen/dining/living area and an additional large living room as well as a small garden.

There is on street parking and the 192 bus runs every couples of minutes from outside the house right into the city centre and takes around 10 minutes. It's also about a 20 minute walk to the University and 10 minutes to Manchester Royal Infirmary.
