Location is ideal walking distance to Universities and the curry mile (M14 7JB). Short bus ride to the city (bus stop is 2 minutes’ walk away). There are a couple of butchers in the area as well as a lot of amenities like a take away and shops all within a 1 minute walk away; and there’s an Aldi further down the road.
You will be sharing the house with two others. YOU MUST BE CLEAN
