Lovely cosy room- looking for a female flatmate

Hi! I unfortunately have to move closer to my new job, so I am looking for someone to take over my room.

The flat includes: a washing machine, tv (with license), balcony, WI-FI, parking space, a dishwasher, a fridge and an extra huge freezer, spacious bathroom and basically everything you need- I didn't have to buy anything extra when I moved in!

The two girls living here (both actresses) are absolutely lovely and it's a very relaxed atmosphere. The complex is code-protected and we are surrounded by a huge garden.

The room itself comes with a bed, a wardrobe and a big mirror.

The area is great- there is a convenience store down the road, along with some take-aways. Its only 15 mins walk from Manchester City Center and a 5 mins walk from Spinningfields.
