Bright Spacious Double bedroom to rent in newly redeveloped popular warehouse conversion, Victoria Mill in Ancoats, the flat was fully redeveloped prior to us moving in last september 2016,

the latest i can move out is the 18th march but i can be flexible and move out earlier if you need it sooner than the 18th so that isn't a problem

the flat is large and has a very modern interior with a new kitchen, bathroom, carpeting and furniture prior to us moving in,
the bedroom available is the larger out the two with two entrances into it, a door off the corridor and sliding glass panel doors into the open plan kitchen/lounge,
the flat and building is very secure with 2 locks on the flat door and 2 door entrance into the building consisting of a code and key fob, there is also the buildings caretaker on site every day as well a lot of parking out the front of the building in the free car park

The rochdale canal runs along side the building and the bedroom overlooks the canal, and it is about a 15min walk into the city centre or a £3-£3.50 uber cost

viewing is highly recommended and also have to meet the current flatmate,

it is £430 PCM including water and the electricity is topped up using a key at pay point shops, in winter it is roughly £20 a week with consistent use of heating and such and in warmer months only around £10 a week usually, and we have sky and sky wifi installed within the flat and council tax being £52 each per month,

Ideally I would like to get the lease signed over to the new tenant officially with the estate agents, there will be an agency fee but I will pay all of them so there is no additional cost to the prospective flatmate to get the contact signed over with the option of renewing the lease in september if you wanted
