Great single bedroom, close to City centre

I am currently looking for a new housemate to share my stunning fully furnished apartment.

The room available is a good-sized single (including bed, wardrobe, bedside table, and desk), as well as a spacious shared living area fully equipped with a new TV and PS3, sound system and comfy L-shaped sofa bed (handy if people come to visit!).

The apartment is only a few of years old and also boasts a fully fitted kitchen and a recently redecorated bathroom.

Location-wise the apartment is only a short walk (10mins) from the City Centre, and is situated just off Blackfriars Road. There is a local shop just over the road for when you run out of milk and a proper Sainsbury's isn't far away for when a big shop is called for.

Ideally i'm looking a young professional, they must be tidy and considerate.
