Double Bedroom in GreenGate Development

Hi everyone,

I have a nice double room on the 8th floor. You will have your own bathroom with a full-size bath. The flat has a shared living room with an inbuilt kitchen and a small balcony. Tenants also have accesses to a small gym on development grounds, 24h concierge service and a big lobby for meeting with friends. (well, gym and lobby are closed for now, because covid-19 is on the loose and scientists/politicians identified that gyms and lobbies are priority targets for the virus...)

As for myself, I'm easy going, clean, respectful and sometimes funny guy who loves to fool around from time to time. I'm working full time in the city centre (Mon-Fri) from 8 am -5 pm (office is COVID secure... or so they say, so I will be going to the office).

Essential skills: organized and no messy :D well, funny/easy going is optional, but much appreciated.

Have a very fast internet connection at home, so you won't have issues with working from home. Or watching some Netflix :D

Parking available in building or close by for additional payment
