Room Available In Spacious 2 Bed Flat

Hi, I am looking for somebody to move into the other room in my shared spacious apartment.

Large furnished double room
available ten minutes walk from the centre of Manchester (broadband, water, council tax and electricity bills included) ideal for anybody working in the city centre or Salford. Looking for a young professional or graduate student ideally.

The flat is really spacious, with a huge kitchen and living room, bathroom with bath and shower and separate toilet. Plenty of storage space with a whole room for storing large items and small cubby areas in the hallway and kitchen. Huge windows with views across Salford and Manchester (can see all the way to the Etihad). Next to the river for those who like to go jogging or laze around on the grass on sunny days, there's also a basketball court and outdoor gym nearby. The place has excellent security with fob access and 24 hour concierge.

A bit about myself: I work in the centre as a restaurant supervisor so I work shift patterns, when I come home I like to make something tasty to eat and either chill on the sofa and watch tv (Netflix included) or read a book. I like going out with friends for a few drinks or going to the cinema, visiting museums and galleries. I'll listen to most kinds of music.
I also have a beautiful black cat, he's very playful and loves a good cuddle.

I'd like a friend as well as a flatmate, someone who I can chill on the sofa with and watch a film or chat, but who also likes their own company. I'm tidy but not a clean freak, I usually give the flat a good clean once a week and I love finding little trinkets to brighten the place up and make it homely.
