Student Room at Dwell MSV South

I am looking for a female student to overtake my contract of a room in Dwell MSV South Student accommodation from 8th of September 2018 until 23th of July 2019 (44 weeks contract). It’s a en-suite private room with a shared kitchen in a quiet 4 bed flat. The building has private parking space, bike storage, separate laundry room with washers and dryers, security and reception.

The rent is £128 per week (all bills included).

The building is 15-20 minute walk to the University of Manchester and other universities on Oxford Road. There are regular buses straight to the town centre as well as local amenities such as Tesco express and Lidl within 10 minutes walking distance.
