It is a 2 bed, 2 bathroom apartment with a private balcony that gets a great amount of light. Apartment is quite new and in excellent condition.

I'm not looking for a best mate but we do need to get along. I work Tuesday - Saturday until 17.30 so you would have Saturday to yourself pretty much. Preferably looking for a professional.

The apartment is right off Deansgate, 3 mins from Victoria Station or the Arndale, Market Street, Triangle for shopping. Tesco's and Sainsbury's are right beside the place too.

There is a gym in the facility thats free to tenants but its mainly for cardio. Living Fitness, Pure and a few others are also close if thats your thing.
