I'm moving out of my apartment and so I'm looking for someone to rent my room in the luxury Greengate complex, Manchester, M3. It's in the City Centre and a 5 minute walk from the Arndale Centre.

Greengate has a free on-site gym, a sociable community, free coffee machine, 24/7 concierge etc.

It's a 2 bedroom apartment and you'd have the much larger king-size en-suite bedroom.

The apartment is shared with my current flatmate, who's pretty great - he's a musician and in the band at Albert's Schloss. He's also the most likeable person I've ever met.

Rent is £575pm and bills are an additional £125pm - this includes Council Tax, Electricity, Water and Fibre Broadband.
Parking is also available in the Car Park outside the building at an additional cost.

The tenancy runs until 16/09/2018, and so you'd have a few months before then to discuss with my flatmate and decide if you'd like to continue living here and take on the tenancy for a further 6 or 12 months.
