City Centre cheap temp. let 2 bed apartment £1,200

I have a XL size apartment in Deansgate Quay overlooking the canal and Hilton Hotel. It is a 2 bedroom apartment with 2 toilets (one is en-suite).

En Suite room is exceptional large. It has 2 walls of built in wardrobes and there’s plenty of storage. Mattress is a euro king size Tempur mattress which is incredibly comfortable. Plenty of sunlight in the room.

Double bedroom (separate bathroom)
The room is a double room with a white sleigh bed and large built in cupboard with chester drawer. Lots of sunlight into the room as half of the external wall in the room is glazed. Bathroom is new refurb in 2020 and has good shower pressure. Note that orange desk over bed is not available anymore.

The apartment also has 1 store cupboard (plenty of storage space), 1 boiler room with storage space and 1 outdoor balcony with spectacular view. I used to live in the apartment and hence it is well maintained with all high end appliances and furnitures.

Property is in superb location with Deansgate tram and Deansgate train stations are 2 minutes walk away. The tram stop is linked to all tram lines in manchester. Local corner shop is 1 minute away. Local sainsbury is 5 minutes away. The apartment is on a canal route and it is superb for a walk or jog. You can walk to Regent retail park (where big Sainsbury, TK maxx, Boots, JD sports etc are) within 20 minutes. Oxford Road is about
10 minutes walk and Manchester Royal Infirmary is about 30 minutes walk. The area is also highly accessible with alot of bus services.

Note that this is a temporary cheap let at £1,200 for 3 months only (June, July and August). if you'd like to stay in the apartment after 3 months, rent will be £1,700 with minimum 1 year contract (September to August).

Water and internet bills included only. Council tax is band G but if you’re a student you don’t have to pay. Apartment to be rented as a whole ideally. If you are interested in a room only let me know - I will buddy you up with someone else that is interested in room only too.
