I'm moving out of the city centre after 9 years and I'm looking to rent out what has been my home for the past 3 years.
The apartment is located in the City Centre just a few minutes’ walk from the Northern Quarter. Manchester Victoria train station is less than 10mins walk away and Piccadilly around 20mins.
I bought and redecorated the property to a high spec in 2017. It has a large open plan kitchen and living area, a balcony and a large communal terrace. One room has an en suite and there is also a large bathroom.
Amenities include a washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher and high speed fibre. If needed, secure parking is available to rent in the building which I can help organise.
The price for the apartment is £1000 per month in advance, exclusive of bills. Bills are approx. £250 per month (£140 council tax, £50 electricity, £30 water, £30 fibre internet). You would be welcome to change utliity suppliers if you wish.
