Dbl room with own bathroom & parking

Hello,

My current flat mate is unfortunately moving back to Liverpool and therefore I am looking for someone to continue the tenancy agreement with me from around the 18th August. My flat mate can move out sooner if necessary.

It is a beautiful new build 2 bed flat, a 5 minutes walk onto Deansgate and 10 minutes to Manchester Arndale shopping. The building is located just off Liverpool Road so we are close to plenty of amenities, some lovely restaurants and also bars just behind us in Castlefield. The flat is fully furnished!

The rent is £475 per month and you will have a double room, including your own allocated car parking space and also your own large bathroom.

Bills are roughly £68.50 each for council tax, £9.50 each for WiFi, £26.50 electric each (subject to change & season!), contents insurance £3.63 each, your standard TV license fees and water is paid 6 monthly so we haven’t yet had our first bill but I can’t imagine it being much! We will sign a new tenancy in August and it will be for 12 months.

I am a 24 year old working professional, Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm. I would like to make a friend not just a room mate, I am extremely easy to get on with and I am tidy and considerable. I also love to cook & bake, I am a total foodie!

I am renting through an agent so reference checks will need to be done & also a deposit will be required of £640 to the agent that will be deposited in the deposit protection scheme and there will most likely be an agency fee which I will double check.
