Room available in gorgeous ancoats apartment

Hello!

I’m looking for a roommate for my apartment in Ancoats. The whole flat has recently been redecorated from top to bottom and all new furniture. The apartment is in a converted mill and benefits from a lovely courtyard with garden for the rare sunny days in Manchester.

A bit about me, I’m 29 and work in banking (but I’m not boring I promise!). I enjoy all the usual things, eating nice food, drinking red wine, and I’m embarrassed to admit I love those terrible American reality tv shows! I enjoy going out and love almost all types of music.

A bit about what I’m looking for, definitely someone that is tidy, I’m quite houseproud and need my roommate to respect the property as I have spent a lot of time getting it to where it is now. To be honest that’s my only criteria! Would be nice to have someone I can get on with and have a laugh with whether having a night in or a night out.
