Due to unforeseen circumstances, I am no longer able to take up my tenancy due to begin this September at MSV. I am looking for someone (STUDENTS ONLY) who may be interested in this room.

It’s known as a Pluto Plus, which is a recently refurbished room at a standard size. It’s a flat of four (including you), of two males and one female, between the ages of 19-22. They are all students of MMU and all English speakers.

The bathroom is not en-suite, however there is two bathrooms in this flat - so your fob entry will give you and one other person access to your bathroom.

The kitchen comes with all appliances - microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge freezer, oven/hob and plenty of storage space.

The bills are all inclusive with 60MB WiFi and electric heating and there is a lift to the flat. There are laundry facilities available however I think they incur a small cost.

There is an on-site gym which is open 24/7, which you will have access to with your fob entry. The reception is also 24/7 with night time security staff, CCTV and the reception also has a facility to safely handle all parcels.

It’s less than a five minute walk from the City Centre, and 2 minutes from MMU and BIMM, and about 10 minutes from UoM.

The biggest plus being it is right next to one of the most popular student bars in Manchester, The Courtyard, open everyday, serving food, beer, £3 cocktails, free pool, a duke box and live football.

It’s a perfect place to be for any year of your university experience, and quite frankly I’m gutted that I’m no longer able to go.
