Large room available in Ancoats

My current Flatmate is moving out, with his tenancy officially finishing on Sept 20th but there may be a possibility to move in beforehand.

The bedroom available is the larger of the two with a queen size bed, large wardrobe and chest of draws. The main large bathroom would also be primarily used by yourself.

The apartment is on the top floor of Vulcan Mill (directly opposite the New Islington tram stop) in Ancoats and is a 10 minute walk to Piccadilly Train Station.

I am currently happy to either stay here with a new tenant joining the tenancy or to buddy up and move into somewhere new. I need to have a final decision by August 20th.

The apartment comes with large open living room and kitchen space, dishwasher and washing machine.
