I have a fully-furnished double room available in a 2 bedroom apartment. I have an en-suite so you will have full use of the main bathroom. There’s a parking space available and a balcony view over Angel Meadows.

The flat is in a great location, within walking distance to Victoria Train Station and under 10 minutes walk to Ancoats, Northern Quarter, Deansgate and the Arndale.

Bills are £150ish per month each and includes:
Electricity, Water, Internet, TV Licence and Council Tax

I am 29 years old, originally from London but have lived in Manchester for a couple of years. I enjoy watching football, listening to music, going to gigs when I can, going out and socialising with friends.

I am looking for someone with similar interests who I can either watch TV or the Football with or go for drinks with at the weekend.
