Double Room with en-suite City Centre

Double Room with en-suite located just 5 minutes walk from Piccadilly Station.

My current flat mate is moving back to his home town and I'm looking for someone to move in from 1st of March. The flat is well located, close to Aldi, Pure Gym and Northern Quarter.

This is a two double bed-room flat with two toilets and an open plan kitchen-lounge with plenty of natural sunlight, with view over Ashton Canal. (will try to update the photos as my flat mate is packing as I'm writing this ad).

The agency will charge £180 for reference check.

The bills will be approximately £140/month, including, water, electricity, council tax and broadband.

Finding someone to share a flat with is no easy task and I don't believe in writing extensive lists with demands or personal interests so, why not grab a coffee or tea and see what happens?
