Double In Refurbished Flat In Central Manchester

Looking for someone to move out as my housemate is planning to move back home due to a change in personal circumstances.

Having lived in the flat for four years, i consider the flat home and can honestly say it’s a beautiful flat, literally in the centre of Manchester. Fully furnished with new furniture.

The flat has been kept in immaculate condition, and i am really clean so expect whoever i live with to leave the apartment as they find it.

In the evenings I like to relax as my job is hectic and weekends are spent catching up with life admin and dining out with friends.

The lease is until the end of september with the chance to extend if you can fill the room when i leave :)
