Hi!
There is a room available to rent right outside Piccadilly Gardens from end of August as our housemate is leaving the UK.
It is a spacious double bedroom with en suite toilet and shower. Shared kitchen and living room. The building is right outside Piccadilly Gardens tram stop and bus station; has got a concierge and also night time security guard over the weekends.
We don't mind a smoker, however smoking in the apartment is not allowed (part of the tenancy agreement).
There is an NPC car park attached to the building with space available to rent, though it is not included with the rent.
Pets are allowed providing they do not damage the furnishings in the apartment.
Short and long term tenancies are both welcome, as we are looking to buy our own property this year. If you like the property and wish to stay once we move out, you would be able to sign a new contract with the landlord. We would give 2 months notice to make sure you would have plenty of time to find a housemate you like. :)
A little about us:
I am from Lithuania and have studied, lived and worked in the UK for the last 9 years. John is originally from Shanghai and was raised in England since childhood. We are both professionals with 9-5 jobs and are friendly, chill, neat and clean people and also enjoy an occasional night out.
We are looking for a housemate who is clean, tidy, and also enjoy a chat as well as having time for him/herself, as we are very much like that ourselves :)
