My room will soon become available as I will be working from Greece for the next couple of months.
I've been living in this flat the last 4.5 years, it's very centrally located, just a 5 min walk to Spinningfields and 10/15 min walk to Picadilly Gardens. It has a very nice view of the city and there is a Tesco just in the corner.
The house is fully furnished with a fully fitted kitchen with a washer/dryer, F/Freezer, Oven & Hob, Microwave, etc.
Room comes furnished with double bed, wardrobe, a desk and a chair. My flatmate has an ensuite which means that you'll have the main bathroom for yourself.
My flatmate is a professional, very friendly and easy-going person and we have been living together the last 4.5 years so I'm sure you will get along with her.
