Two full-time students (undergraduate, Master’s, or PhD) have been sharing the apartment. Note, currently one PhD student (female) of UoM is renting Bedroom 1. Bedroom 2 is available September 2027.

Rent is £680 pcm per room and includes broadband/Internet. Bills for electricity and water are not included and are estimated at about £80 pcm per person, bringing the total estimated monthly cost to around £760.

Electricity and water meters are read regularly (usually monthly) so that you only pay for what you actually use.

The deposit is £760 and will be returned promptly in full if tenancy is followed. There are no agency fees or other charges. This offers excellent value for money compared to similar apartments nearby.
