Furnished bedroom available to rent in city centre

Hi,

I’m looking for a new flatmate to move into my 2 bedroom, one bathroom flat along with my existing tenant, Floriana. It’s about 10 minutes walk from Deansgate and 20 into Piccadilly Gardens. The let will initially be for 6 months but with potential to extend for as long as you want to stay.

We are looking for a professional FEMALE ONLY flatmate. I need someone I can trust to look after the flat and who is respectful and clean and tidy.

The room has a double bed and is fully furnished with a wardrobe, TV and bed side table. The flat has a Juliette balcony.

The rent is £450 a month EXCLUDING BILLS (£900 in total, excluding bills) I also take a deposit of 1 months rent which will be put into a deposit holding scheme.
