Looking for a nice, friendly, easy going, clean and tidy flatmate to join me in a lovely stylish, excellently located flat within the Northern Quarter. The flat is modern, bright and airy with a balcony on the living room and you have your own bathroom too. Also includes a residents-only Gym, Pool, Jacuzzi pool, Sauna and Steam room at the top of the building so you can overlook amazing views of Manchester whilst relaxing and having a gym session/swim/spa after work.

A little bit about me:
I’m a working professional as a Client Services Manager for a marketing intermediary company. Monday to Friday I work hard (may go out for a midweek dinner or couple of drinks but nothing too heavy) and I gym it. Weekends, I enjoy all the usual things, socialising with friends, cooking, going to gigs music and comedy, watching films and box sets (Netflix), keeping fit etc. I am easy going, chatty but also respectful of others space, clean and tidy without being militant too.

Would like to share the flat with someone who wants it to feel like a proper home and if you’d like to, sometimes have a glass of wine or go for a brunch etc. that’s a bonus. I’m keen to discover the city more and if you have recommendations on fun places to go then even better!

Rent £642.50 per month includes Wi-fi (exc bills)
No Deposit Option (I’ve paid it already)
And you can be added onto the contract - initial 6 months (chance to renew ahead so if you love it and want to stay there is the option to)
