Mon-Fri let DOUBLE ensuite with garden

Please note this is a Monday - Friday let. We have a large room to rent with an ensuite bathroom in a modern 3 storey 3 bed, 2 bath townhouse. The room is large and contains a double bed, sofa, side table, bed side table and a large wardrobe. The ensuite bathroom is next door and for your sole use. We also have bike storage and plenty of room. We have a cleaner once a week and the room would be serviced. We are happy to provide clean linen and towels every week for you. There is a communal kitchen, lounge with 2 sofas and outside terrace for those rare sunny days (floor 2). We have a Virgin Tivo, netflix and 100mb broadband. The location is an 8 minute walk to spinningfields and 15 minute walk to Deansgate. The development is modern and we have a CO-OP onsite and an italian restaurant. There are a number of excellent pubs and cafe's/restaurants close by. This is a quiet, secure place with great transport links very close to town without the noise of the Northern Quarter. Opposite our complex there is a bus stop with frequent buses. 10 mins to St. peters square/Victoria on the bus. About £3 in a uber to Victoria or St. peters met stops. 15 minute walk to st peters square. We will consider short and medium term lets with a deposit. We are both professionals and tend to be relatively quiet during the week but happy to chat anytime and want you to feel at home. Please let us know if you have any questions.
