En-suite Double in a Beautiful Converted Mill

In these testing times, my housemate has sadly had to move out, so her room has become available as early as May 1st. I know it's not the best time to view things, but I can offer you a video tour for now!

I've got a double room to rent in this lovely mill conversion in the centre of town. It's fifth (top) floor, furnished to a high quality, has beams and exposed brick, a Juliette balcony, a concierge and private communal gardens.

On the floorplan your room would be Bedroom 1, with the en-suite shower room. My bedroom opens up onto the living room but that partition will usually be shut. Pets welcome.

The rent is £625/month, we would half the rest of the bills including broadband, council tax, water and electricity.

About myself:
I am a 28 year old doctor who frequently works nights so someone who values quietude and cleanliness is sought. My old housemate and I would lead quite separate lives, but we’d also sometimes paint together, play music, cook, have a glass of wine, play boardgames, ruminate, etc. There’s a piano and guitar in the flat which are often played, raucously yet respectfully. There’s also no TV in the living room which is how I would like to keep it. Also, I’m a big fan of keeping things on the Marie Kondo side of things. Aside from that I’m fairly easy going! I should also say that some of the furniture in the pictures has been replaced, I can send you a video if you're interested.
